Location

Jumpstart provides meeting room rental in multiple locations in Hong Kong and Shanghai. All of our locations are in prime business districts and high quality buildings. Whether you need our meeting room for sales presentation, job interview, group discussion or video conferencing with headquarters in the other side of the globe, you will find one suitable meeting room in our portfolio.

Design

We put a lot effort in designing each meeting room in order to leave a good impression to your guests and being practical at the same time. Premium furniture as well as decorating material is selected to deliver sleek and spacious rooms.

Each meeting room is designed to be slightly different to match the usage or the location of the business centre. For example, we have installed showroom racks in the meeting room in Millennium City 5 in Hong Kong where there are more trading companies. In Shanghai, we offer bigger meeting rooms to address higher demand for meetings with over 12 persons.

Customer Service

As for all other Jumpstart’s services, service is the key. Our friendly and multi-lingual receptionists will greet and welcome your guests, guide your guests to your meeting room and offer drinks. Behind the scene, our team will make sure your meeting room is clean and ready before your meeting starts. In cases where some equipment needs to be tested or connected, our receptionists or our IT support team will also be able to assist you.

Additional services can also be done, for example, catering, RSVP, after office hour booking etc.

Technologies

All of Jumpstart’s meeting rooms are equipped with technologies to help your meeting go smoothly and professionally. Video Conferencing is available is most locations. Our Polycom and Sony IP-based system is compatible with almost all video conference systems. Our data network is composed of the latest equipment so your internet connection is fast, secured and reliable. Both wired and wifi are offered in most locations. High-end IP phones and Polycom conference units are used for efficient conference calls. Big-screen LCD TVs or projectors are available in all meeting rooms to make your presentation look even better.

Reservations

It is important to book your meeting room as soon as possible to make sure your desired time slot is available. During the reservation process, we advise you to give us as much detail as possible so that we can prepare the room just as you like.

Meeting room rates are charged on an hourly, half-day (9am-1pm,2-6pm) or daily (9am-6pm) basis.
