The number of business centres offering serviced offices has increased by 22 percent in a matter of 12 months according to the Emerging Markets Serviced Office Review 2013 conducted by Instant. Instant has also conducted a similar review in the past (2011) wherein 50 of the largest serviced offices were reviewed according to feedback and comments from clients. This year, Instant made use of a total of 100 cities around the world with roughly 700 plus business centres to come up with their report.
Findings show that not only is the Asian market one of the emerging markets in the world today but one of its cities also holds the largest quantity of business centres. Shanghai, China holds the largest market among the 100 cities involved in the study with a whopping 66 number of centres open for serviced offices. One of the most popular business centres in Shanghai is Jumpstart Business Centre offering serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms and business registration services. Jumpstart Business Centre has been in the serviced office industry for a decade and has bagged numerous awards from various award giving bodies including this year’s “Best Office Interior China” Award for their L’Avenue Business Centre at the International Property Awards held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
The struggle for businesses to break free from traditional property and office set up businesses has made Jumpstart Business Centre a practical and logical solution for newly found businesses in China. It has taken part in the overall 25 percent growth of the serviced office sector industry in China over the past 12 months and is one of the 135 open centres established during that period.
Jumpstart Business Centre is open in three prime business locations in Shanghai namely Wheelock Square, Central Plaza and L’Avenue. Wheelock Square is Jumpstart’s flagship business centre in Mainland China and even makes use of Neo Suites concept from their Hong Kong business centres. The Neo Suites all inclusive serviced office is said to promote productivity in the work place without compromising design, comfort and efficiency in handling all business transactions.
Apart from making a mark on Asia’s biggest emerging market in Shanghai, Jumpstart Business Centres are also open in other emerging Asian markets and is part of the 313 business centres located in Seoul, Taipei and Singapore.
